We met some friends at the roller rink for Homeschool Skate, last week. The boys had a blast, of course!

As the old saying goes, "It's all fun and games until Gavin's skates trip him up and he lands flat on his face!" (Isn't that how the saying goes?) It sounds funny, now, but at the time...not so much! He fell HARD and his face was the first to hit! Praise the Lord he was ok! It really could have been a lot worse! (He had a headache for a couple days!) At least it happened on the last lap. I told him, the next time he tries something new, try it going a little slower!

Looks like fun, but I am glad we went to visit our old friend Chuck E. that day... it was pretty fun too!! FYI...Jadon with an o and Kaleb with a K:-) I noticed your sp.? question mark thingy. Jenn said her and her boys had fun too! Poor Gavin, that is not fun at all about falling!
I blame Gavin...he's the one that told me how to spell those names! Ha! (Thx!) We missed you! Next time, maybe?
I want to go to Home School Skate next time. How fun! Although, I'd probably end up flat on my face too. I'm not the most graceful 31 year old you've ever met!!!
I think Gavin does things a lot like his dad & uncle...like they are killing snakes! Full speed ahead and crash if you must!! Then there's that stair thing...
