The Clone Wars hit the theaters! Yesterday was the day! We decided to do a double dose of "awesome" and take the boys (all three, of course) to see it at the drive-in, which they had never done before! Gavin was just beside himself with
excitement and gratitude!
We backed in, put the van seats down, piled blankets and pillows in the back and munched on lots of junk food! It was a perfect night for the drive-in, as it has been in the 90's around here and our house has been nearly unbearable. It was nice to get out in the open night air and spend some quality time with the family...my favorite thing to do!

How COOL! (In every sense of the word!) I can't believe it's been in the 90's up there! I bet it was nice to get out into the cool night air... and I'm sure it was an enjoyable evening for the whole family, especially Gavin!

P.S. What did Avery do the whole time? SLEEP? :)
Avery did what he does...slept and ate! Another reason the drive-in was the way to go! Easier to take him to than the real theater!

Ah...good times at the Drive-In! I think we took Bryan and Chris to the Drive-In to see the very first episode of Star Wars (episode 4) the best ever!! My how time flies!! "Help me Obi-Wan Kenobi...you're my only hope."

yes our two love the star wars too! and it came out just in time for braeden's birthday.
