St. Patrick's Day Dash!

I DID IT!! I ran the whole 3.4 miles!! ...With Kim beside me, encouraging me the whole time! (Olivia even ran slow with us for a while. She eventually broke away and ran ahead, though.) It was so much fun and I'm so proud of this accomplishment! Here is Kim, Olivia and me, after running in the rain...

Good job Andrea! Wow! How impressive. I think I'd need CPR if I even attempted one mile (running, not walking) :) You accomplished a goal! What a wonderful feeling!

Congratulations! I did the run last year - not this year. . . It is a very fun run - but I heard it was crowded this year! And sorry for the rain... atleast it wasn't snow!! That is now my saying for any run, it could be worse, it could be snowing. There is a fun run at Greenlake in Sept. called irongirl if you are interested. I think the website is www.irongirl.com it is either a 5k (3.2) or 10k (6.4) I haven't done it but I think I might put it on my list of events this year! Again, congrats, love the green coat. Did you see Spiderman, he was there last year. Something about grown men dressing up as superhero's that just makes you smile :)

Ha ha! No, we didn't see spiderman, but we did see a lot of other crazy stuff! We decided we are wearing green capes next year! Ha! The rain actually felt good! I think I could get used to these runs! It was fun! I will check out that iron girl one. Maybe I'll see ya there! ; )
